Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dispositions/Aug. 27

Joseph A. Klett, 32, 25 Vine St., Apt. 16, Leipsic, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for domestic violence. He was given credit for 107 days served.

Dispositions/Aug. 31

Mary D. Kreinbrink, Ottawa, and Duane C. Kreinbrink, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 22, 1972 in South Euclid, and have no minor children.

Summer Gerschutz, Lima, and Jon Gerschutz, Pandora, were granted a divorce. They were married Dec. 30, 2000, and have three children.

Nina R. Rocha, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Jeffrey T. Rocha, Findlay. They were married in Findlay, on May 23, 2003, and have three children.

Julie Altenburger, 23, 209 E. Third St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate license. Sentence: 30 days jail, $500 fine, with 30 days jail and $350 suspended.

William J. Parrish, 20, 2028 W. Sandusky St., Findlay, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, $500 fine, with 165 days jail suspended. He was also fined $50 for speeding.

Palisades Collection, LLC, Louisville, Ky., default judgment v. Nakia Carrillo, Ottawa, $4,986.92, plus interest and costs.

Kevin Peth, 44,109 S. High St., Pandora, pleaded no contest to wrongful entrustment and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $500 fine, license suspended for 30 days, with 10 days jail and $350 suspended.

Philip R. Terry, 59, 5626 Township Road 120, McComb, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of no operator’s license and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $350 fine, with 10 days jail and $250 suspended. He was also fined $40 for speeding.

Cory N. Snyder, 21, 580 N. Charles St., Lima, pleaded no contest to drug paraphernalia and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $100 fine, six-month license suspension, with 20 days jail suspended.

Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $1,000 fine, two-year license suspension, with 160 days jail and $200 suspended, and completion of assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 170 days jail suspended, and jail sentence served consecutively. Charge of rapid acceleration dismissed.

Derek S. Foust, 24, 614 Shock Ave., Apt. 16, Lima, pleaded no contest to impersonating a peace officer and was found guilty. Sentence: 90 days jail, $100 fine, with 88 days jail suspended.

Douglas J. Kitchen, 21, 18320 Road H, Continental, pleaded guilty to persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 28 days jail and $150 suspended.

Capital One Bank, Richmond, Va., default judgment v. Roger E. Messenger, Ottawa, $3,109.86, plus interest of $567.51, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/Sept. 1

Edward L. Burwell, 45, 234 Blackthorn Drive, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 30 days jail and $275 suspended. Charge of marked lanes was dismissed.
