Andrea L. Nienberg, 19, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to vehicular assault. She faces up to 18 months in prison, and $5,000 in fines with license suspension of one to five years. Bond was continued, while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.
Jared M. Taber, 24, 1609 W. Spring St., Lima, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for failing to pay child support. He was found in arrears in the amount of $1,737.78 as of Aug. 31. The jail was suspended on condition he remain current in his payment and seek work.
Catherine A. Howell, 1580 N. Elizabeth St., Lima, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failing to pay child support. She was found in arrears in the amount of $806.38. The jail was suspended on condition she remain current in her payments and seek work.

Samantha Van Dyke, 21, 6525 E. Lincoln Highway, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. She faces up to 18 months in prison, $5,000 in fines, and six-months to five-years license suspension. One count trafficking in drugs was dismissed. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Jessica L. McFaddin, 24, 1400 E. 7th St., Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine, with 180 days jail suspended and 24 hours community service.
Thomas J. Darby IV, 19, 400 E. Cedar St., Dupont, pleaded no contest to underage consumption and was found guilty. Sentence: 90 days jail, $250 fine, with 90 days jail suspended, and 24 hours’ community service.
