Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dispositions/Oct. 26

Ashley Burtchin, Columbus Grove, and Matthew Burtchin, Lima, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Lima, on Jan. 17, 2006, and have no children.

BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plano, Texas, won a foreclosure judgment against Susan W. Walker, Leipsic, in the amount of $76,924.92, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/Oct. 27

Justin M. Mangas, 21, 149½ Agner St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines, and a six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued, while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

David W. Maxwell, III, 19, 711 Williams St., Van Wert, pleaded guilty to vandalism over $100,000. He faces up to five years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted. He was originally indicted on vandalism, grand theft, and breaking and entering. He was charged in connection to the vandalism of Continental High School on July 15, that caused nearly $100,000 in damage.

Robert J. Nienberg, 50, 616 S. Clay St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence with a prior felony OVI. He faces up to five years in prison and $10,000 in fines and license suspension of three years to life. Bond is continued while a pre-sentence investigation is completed.

Albert W. Mizen, 23, 108 Ash St., Benton Ridge, pleaded guilty to three counts trafficking in drugs. He faces up to 54 months in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Alberto Gutierrez, Jr., 34, 308 S. Johnson, Ada, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He faces up to 12 months in prison, and $2,500 in fines and six-months to five-years license suspension. Bond was continued, while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Allen Yarbrough, 38, 231 Calumet Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to felony non-support. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Victor B. Ernie, Deshler, and Gladys Rodriguez Ernie, North Baltimore, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married on Feb. 4, 2006, in Ottawa, and have no children.

Lucinda Brenneman, Ottawa, and Daniel C. Brenneman, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married on Oct. 23, 2004, in Columbus Grove, and have no children.

Summer Gerschutz, Pandora, was granted a divorce from Jon Gerschutz, Pandora. They were married on Dec. 30, 2000, in Bluffton, and have three children.

Alfred C. Kaufman, Jr., Ottawa, and Frances L. Kaufman, Ottoville, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married at Ottawa, on July 22, 2000, and have no children.

Dispositions/Oct. 30

Codie L. Shirk, 19, 14799 State Route 111, Defiance, was granted judicial release, and placed at the WORTH Center. He was originally convicted of breaking and entering.

Matthew L. Monroe, 20, 7789 Deepcut Road, Mendon, was granted judicial release, and placed at the WORTH Center. He was originally convicted of breaking and entering.

Joseph A. Klett, 32, 25 Vine St., Apt. 16, Leipsic, was granted judicial release, and placed at the WORTH Center. He was originally convicted of domestic violence.

Dispositions/Oct. 22

Allison N. McKean, 20. 4634 Road 16, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 30 days jail and $300 suspended and complete counseling at Pathways Counseling Center.

Clay J. Macke, 18, 219 Pearl St., Gilboa, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 27 days jail and $300 suspended and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program. A charge of underage possession was dismissed.

Dispositions/Oct. 27

Betsy A. Faccenda, 36, 312 S. Eastom St., Leipsic, pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $500 fine, with 150 days jail and $250 suspended, and 80 hours’ community service.

Blanchard Valley Health System, Findlay, default judgment v. Amy S. Endicott, Columbus Grove, $1,041.81, plus interest and costs.

Pandora Family Physicians, Inc., default judgment v. Kevin Peth, Pandora, and Sheila L. Peth, Pandora, $238.31, plus interest, and cost of suit taxed at $105.

Dale C. Stefanek, DDS, Glandorf, default judgment v. Danielle Bailey, Ottawa, $276.50, plus interest, and costs of suit taxed at $95.

Judgments/Oct. 28

Lima Memorial Hospital, default judgment v. James L. Engard, $629.97, plus interest and costs.

Mercy Hospital of Defiance, default judgment v. Rebecca R. Bidlack, Dupont, $636.33, plus interest and costs.
