Putnam County needs Schroeder

LEE R. SCHROEDER, NapoleonAs a native of Putnam County and one of its former employees, I ask you to re-elect Vince Schroeder as Putnam County commissioner.Vince is not perfect. He is a stickler for detail, perfection and honesty. If you want a county commissioner who is willing to cut corners, please elect someone other than Schroeder. In today’s world, it is difficult to find people who strive to do what is right legally and morally every time in every situation; Schroeder is such a person.If you have heard anything less than stellar about Schroeder, it is likely that any such story originated form somebody who tried to cheat the county’s residents, take a risky shortcut, or act dishonestly.Schroeder is not related to me, but I would trust him with my money, my dreams, my future and my life. Anyone who knows Schroeder would join me in admiring his courage, commitment and professionalism.
