The Putnam County Board of Elections will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, July 2, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. in the Board office on the first floor of the Annex Building at 336 E. Main St., Suite A, Ottawa.

1. Dispense with the reading of & Approve Minutes - June 23, 2009

2. Approve Blanket Purchase Order 3^rd Qtr. for Travel

•· July 7^th Train the Trainer - meals

•· July 22^nd Director & Deputy Director Training - meals & parking

•· Board Member Training

3. Sign Bill List

4. Quote for Wheels on cabinets - Purchase Order

5. Approve Purchase Order for Shelving
