The Putnam County Health Department will be holding two walk-in flu vaccination clinics open to the public on Friday, October 31st from 2:00-5:00 PM.  The first is at the Ft. Jennings State Bank in Leipsic, and the second is at the Ft. Jennings St. Bank in Columbus Grove.  Both the flu shot and FluMist, the nasal spray, will be available at these clinics.  For children 6 months through 18 years of age, the cost is $10.  For individuals 19 years old and older, the cost is $20 for the flu shot and $25 for the FluMist.  If you are on Medicare Part B or Medicaid and present your card at the time the vaccine is given, you can receive the vaccine free of charge.  Please call the health department if you have any questions.
