Dispositions/Sept. 2
Melissa B. Nihiser, 23, 103 Mentzer St., Convoy, was sentenced to nine months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included changing her residence in Van Wert and her employment without permission from her supervising officer, and failing to report a scheduled office visit in Van Wert. She was given credit for 206 days served.
Wells Fargo Bank, Irvine, Calif., won a foreclosure suit against Victor J. Niese, McComb, and Perla Niese, Findlay, in the amount of $126,701.32, plus interest and costs.
David L. DeWitt, 36, 427 W. Kibby St., Lima, pleaded not guilty to two counts trafficking in drugs. He was placed on an OR bond, and a pretrial was set at 2 p.m. Sept. 29.
Felipe Gutierrez, Jr., 36, 1911 Lissner St., Donna, Texas, pleaded not guilty to 12 counts complicity. Bond was set at $250,000, and a pre-trial was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 21.
Dispositions/Sept. 3
Kenneth W. Horg, 59, 406 Seventh St., Continental, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for two counts rape, to be served concurrently. He was given credit for 143 days served. He was originally indicted on four counts rape.
Codie L. Shirk, 19, 14799 State Route 111, Defiance, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for breaking and entering, with credit for 32 days previously served. He was originally charged with two counts breaking and entering and theft of a credit card.
Kalob Ditto, 19, 13141 State Route 634, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for failing to stop after an accident. He was fined $2,500, and his driver’s license was suspended for three years. He received credit for two days served.
Tony R. Harmon, 31, 22 Hide Away Drive, Lima, was sentenced to three days jail for failure to pay child support. He was found in arrears in his child support payments in the amount $16,847.51 as of July 31, 2009. The jail was suspended on condition he remain current in his payments and seek work.
National City Bank, Miamisburg, won a foreclosure judgment against Matthew R. Douglas, Columbus Grove, and Sharon M. Douglas, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $75,200.16, with interest and costs.
Dispositions/Sept. 8
Allen Yarbrough, 38, 231 Calumet Ave., Lima, pleaded not guilty to non-support of dependents. His bond was set at $500 and a pre-trial was scheduled for 1 p.m. Oct. 5.

Justin M. Mangas, 21, 149½ N. Agner St., charged with trafficking in drugs, felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Leopold, Wildenhaus, Sahloff & Welch, Ottawa, default judgment v. Aaron Hazelton, Pandora, $449.45, plus interest and costs.
Dispositions/Sept. 3
Matthew J. Gonzalez, 20, 70 Valley Brook Lane, Napoleon, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $250 fine, with 10 days and $200 suspended.
Roxane D. Dickey, 48, 3012 State Route 224, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of restrict sale of beer/liquor. Sentence: Three days jail, $500 fine, with three days jail and $300 suspended.

Discover Bank, New Albany, default judgment v. Terry A. Ricker, Ottawa, $13,003.84, plus interest and costs.
Asset Acceptance, LLC, Cleveland, default judgment v. David M. Lane, Ottawa, $7,887.88, plus interest of $569.44, with interest and costs.

NCO Portfolio Management, Inc., Louisville, Ky., default judgment v. Elaine Beegle, Continental, $1,948.53, plus interest and costs.
Dispositions/Sept. 8
Linda S. Garrick, 40, 4503 Road Y, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 90 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 84 days jail and $250 suspended, and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program. She was also fined $40 for speeding.
Brett M. Varner, 28, 207 W. Plum St., Oakwood, pleaded no contest to driving under OVI suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $250, six-month license suspension, with 150 days jail suspended. He was also fined $40 for tail lights.

Joyce Moorman, Columbus Grove, small claims v. Adam Cruz, Continental, $707.22, plus interest and costs.
