Elisa K. Henry, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from John D. Henry, Omaha, Neb. They were married in Ottawa on April 20, 2006, and have two children.
Sabrina M. VonSossan, Fort Jennings, was granted a judgement against Michael J. Schuerman, Lima, in the sum of $24,000.
Dispositions/Aug. 4
Kalob Ditto, 19, 13141 State Route 634, Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to failure to stop after an accident. He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines, and license suspension of six months to three years. Bond was continued, while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.
Bud B. Draper, 49, 5208 N. Napoleon Road, Elida, was sentenced to two years in prison for violating the terms of supervision which involved consuming alcohol in Allen County on May 25, 2009. He was given credit for 368 days served and was ordered to pay restitution of $100,000 to victims. His driver’s license was also suspended for three years.
Garrett J. Simon, 28, H570 State Route 65, Malinta, pleaded not guilty to illegal processing of drug documents. He was placed on an OR bond, with a pre-trial scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Sept. 30.
Benjamin Hopps was appointed an auxiliary deputy sheriff for the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department.

Everhome Mortgage Co., Jacksonville, Flor., won a foreclosure against Timothy Lawhorn, Cloverdale, and Leslie Lawhorn, Cloverdale, in the amount of $91,733.05, plus interest and costs.
Misty J. Clark, 31, 239 E. Main St., Lima, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for burglary, concurrent with a Logan County sentence. She was given credit for 183 days served.

Tamela Richardson, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Robert Richardson, Delphos. They were married on April 20, 2002, and have no children.

Sandra L. Balcarcel, 39, 111 Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to no operator’s license. Sentence: 90 days jail, $250 fine, with 87 days jail suspended. Also fined $50 for left of center.
Dispositions/Aug. 4
Adam M. Mouk, 28, 23782 Road J, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to one count passing bad checks. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine, with 180 days jail suspended. Six other counts were dismissed.
Derek S. Foust, 23, 614 Shock Ave., Apt. 16, Lima, impersonating an officer
