Marshall Holtkamp, 26, Bellfontaine, was granted judicial release. He was ordered to complete the WORTH Center, placed on community control for three years, and had his license suspended for three years.
Jennifer Klausing, Kalida, was appointed a trustee of the Putnam County Law Library Association Board of Trustees to a term to expire Dec. 31, 2012.
Dispositions/May 6
David G. Ybarra, 23, 1292 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded not guilty to rape, sexual battery, and six counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Bond was set at $50,000, with a pre-trial scheduled for 1 p.m. June 3.
Erby A. Torres, 39, 418 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded not guilty to five counts rape. Bond was set at $75,000, with a pre-trial scheduled for 3 p.m. May 20.
Richard Roby, 56, 1651 Brentlinger Road, Harrod, pleaded not guilty to burglary, two counts receiving stolen property, and possession of criminal tools. Bond was set at $25,000, with a pre-trial scheduled for 1:30 p.m. May 26.

David M. Wyandt, Pandora, and Angeal J. Wyandt, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Toledo on July 28, 2000, and have one child.

Gregory Newhouse, 26, 703 Wayne St., Lima, was sentenced to 10 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using marijuana in Putnam County on March 18, possessing an instrument used to administer marijuana, and moving from his residence without permission. He was ordered to complete three years' community control, and a GED by July 1, pay child support and maintain full time employment.
Shawn Merz, 37, 720 Holgate Ave., Lot 2, Defiance, was found in violation of supervision by failing to complete the Family Responsibility Course and pay child support. He was placed on three year's community control, ordered to maintain employment and pay child support. He had been convicted of felony non-support.
Sandra Lopez-Scott, 32, 700 Kiser Road, Defiance, was placed on three years' community control for violating supervision. She must obtain a GED, undergo drug and alcohol monitoring, perform 100 hours' community service, and pay restitution of $400.
Carla Kuhlman, 44, 11 Center St., Leipsic, was sentenced to 12 months and 18 months in prison for violating supervision. The sentences are to be served concurrently and she was given credit for a total of 80 days served. The violations include using several money orders knowing it would be dishonored on Sept. 5, 2008, and failing to inform her supervising officer of a contact she had with the Leipsic Police Department on Nov. 11, 2008. She also failed to pay $200 towards her court costs and restitution. She must pay restitution of $1,870 to St. Marys School in Leipsic, and restitution of $5,311.45 and may not use the internet. She had been convicted of passing bad checks.

Citifinancial, Inc., Hanover, Mary., won a foreclosure judgment against Amanda J. Lawhorn, Cloverdale, and William E. Lawhorn, Cloverdale, in the amount of $187,165.23, plus interest and costs.
Lisa A. Peck, Ottawa, and Stephen A. Peck, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married on July 22, 1989, and have three children.

Jill A. Jones, Columbus Grove, and Mark A. Jones, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Gilboa on July 2, 2005, and have one child.
Robert Foust, 40, 20932 Road 20T-I, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to attempted possession of cocaine, a misdemeanor. He faces up to six months in prison and $1,000 in fines. Bond continued, while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Joshua A. Bush, 33, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. C-9, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 140 days jail suspended.
Daniel Tijerina, 37, 307 Elm St., Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence:180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 177 days jail and $375 suspended, and credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program. A charge of reckless operation private property was dismissed.

Angela S. Laibe, 22, 245 Lincoln St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, $150 fine, with 27 days jail suspended with completion of assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.
