Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dispositions/Nov. 3

James D. Hearn, 21, 437 S. Woodlawn Ave., Lima, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He faces a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison, $5,000 in fines, and a six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued as a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Rolando Romero, 57, 8318 State Route 613, McComb, was ordered to served 10 days in jail for failing to pay child support. The sentence was suspended on condition he pay $500 towards his arrears within 10 days, and pay $200 per month by the first of each month.

Jeremy L. Shepherd, 30, 26385 Jack Ave., Defiance, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failing to pay child support. He was in arrears in the amount of $1,136.91, as of Sept. 30. The sentence was suspended on condition he remain current in his payments, and seek work.

Richard E. Elston, Cloverdale, was granted a divorce from Ann Elston, Cloverdale. They were married in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., on June 2, 2001, and have two children.

Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Lewisville, Texas, won a foreclosure judgment against Mercedes M. Orduno, Ottawa, and Juan R. Orduno, Ottawa, in the amount of $75,715.88, plus interest.

Daniel R. Radebaugh, 53, 16655 Road 5, Pandora, pleaded not guilty to two counts theft. He was placed on an OR bond, and a pre-trial was scheduled for 10 a.m. Dec. 12.

Jeffrey A. Geckle, 30, 11606 Road E, Leipsic, pleaded not guilty to having weapons while under disability and two counts trafficking in marijuana. He was placed on an OR bond, with a pre-trial scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 15.

Robyn Botkin, 22, 130 Seventh St., Delphos, pleaded not guilty to falsification and theft by deception. She was placed on an OR bond and a pre-trial was scheduled for 1 p.m. Dec. 9.

Mandi Greer, 20, 10373 Road I-9, Ottawa, pleaded not guilty to falsification and theft by deception. She was placed on an OR bond and a pre-trial was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Dec. 9.

Bradley L. Doner, 24, 11802 Liberty Union Road, Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to theft of a check. He was placed on an OR bond and a pre-trial was scheduled for 3 p.m. Dec. 9.

Luke Bonnell, 20, 101½ S. High St., Columbus Grove, pleaded not guilty to breaking and entering. Bond was set at $25,000, and a pre-trial was set for 2 p.m. Dec. 2.

Melissa Wolery, Radebaugh, 52, 16655 Road 5, Pandora, pleaded not guilty to two counts theft. She was placed on an OR bond and a pre-trial was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Dec. 2.

Matthew Straley, 20, 63 Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded not guilty to uttering. Bond was set at $25,000, and a pre-trial was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Nov. 25.

Amy J. Warnimont, nka Amy Mouk, 847 N. Baxter St., Lima, was found in arrears in child support payments in the amount of $1,273.01, as of Sept. 30. Sentencing was delayed for 60 days.

Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 27 days jail and $300 fine suspended. Charges of driving without a valid license and headlights dismissed.

Richard J. Peck, 49, 19584 Road M17, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with $500 and 30 days jail suspended.

Tyler G. Ruhe-Kahle, 19, 10270 Road I-10, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to underage consumption. Sentence: 30 days jail, $500 fine, with 30 days jail and $350 suspended, and attend education at Pathways Counseling Center. Charge of first-offense OVI dismissed.

Kevin W. Moore, 35, 309 W. Oak St., Continental, charge with felonious assault, bound over to common pleas court. Bond set at $25,000, 10 percent.

Robert J. Hovest, 28, 4662 Road J3, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 177 days jail and $425 suspended with three days credit for completion of DIP program. Charges of tail lights dismissed.
