The Putnam County Grand Jury issued two indictments last week.
Michael A. Rieman, 28, 13123 Road J, Ottawa, was indicted on theft of credit cards and misuse of credit cards. Arraignment is scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday.
Shawn P. Ward, 36, 500 S. Main St., Columbus Grove, was indicted on domestic violence.
Dispositions/July 21
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., Beaverton, Ore., won a foreclosure judgment against Robert Tschuor, Kalida, and Tammy Tschuor, Kalida, in the amount of $109,377.73, plus interest and cost.
Jennifer Jenkins, Leipsic, and Charles Jenkins, Jr., Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Nov.22, 2002, in Ottawa, and have three children.

Washington Mutual Bank, Milwaukee, Wis., won a foreclosure judgment against Ricky Niese, Leipsic, and Connie M. Niese, Leipsic, in the amount of $147,616.67, plus interest and costs.
Alicia Lugo, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Jesse D. Lugo, Ottawa. They were married on May 25, 1996, and have two children.

William J. Drew, 40, 7450 E. 31st Place, Tulsa, Okla., was sentenced to 30 days jail for felony non-support. He was also placed on for three years' community control, and must complete a Family Responsibility Course.
Lori A. Niese, Continental, was granted a divorce from Todd W. Niese, Continental. They were married on Aug. 22, 1991, and have three children.
Fifth Third Mortgage Co., Cincinnati, won a foreclosure judgment against Greg A. Meyer, Leipsic, and Susan M. Meyer, Ottawa, in the amount of $68,097.80, plus interest and costs.
Rueben Noriega Jr., 27, 11051 Road 16, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. He faces a maximum sentence of 12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine. His bond was continued, while a pre-sentence investigation was ordered.
Lasalle Bank National Ass., Lewisville, Texas, won a foreclosure judgment against Elmer Mullins, Jr., Bluffton, and Ami Mullins, Bluffton, in the amount of $74,292.44, plus interest and costs.

The Citizens National Bank, Bluffton, won a foreclosure judgment against Terry L. Michel, Ottawa, and Tiffany M. Foreman, Ottawa, in the amount of $40,404.27, plus interest and costs.

Melissa M. Groves, 27, 500 E. Second St., Spencerville, pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 180 days jail suspended and restitution of $500.
James L. Korte, 50, 822 W. Clime St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 169 days jail suspended and no contact with the victim.
Jeremy A. Fackler, 26, 618 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operators license. Sentence: Two points, 30 days jail, $100 fine, with 30 days jail suspended.
Adrian L. Chewning, 20, 138 W. Fourth St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to driving under suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $250 fine, 180-day operator license suspension, with 140 days jail suspended.

Rodney J. Schroeder, 18, 18984 Road 27, Delphos, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $200 fine, with 30 days jail suspended, with assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.
Adam J. Ream, 26, 407 W. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of failure to stop after an accident and was found guilty. Sentence: Two points, 180 days jail, $250 fine, with 180 days jail suspended and 24 hours' community service. Charge of failure to control dismissed.
