JP Morgan Chase Bank, Irvine, Texas, won a foreclosure judgment against Mark Factor, Ottawa, and Irene Factor, Ottawa, in the amount of $93,974.42, plus interest and costs.

Lisa Padron, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Michael A. Padron, McComb. They were married in Ottawa, on April 27, 1989, and have two children.

Melanie A. Kirchenbauer, 31, 570 S. Mumaugh Road, Lima, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 177 days jail and $425 suspended.

Jason M. Gannon, 29, 863 Lutz Road, Lima, pleaded guilty to impersonating an officer. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail suspended with restitution of $80.

Brandon G. Stainbrook, 23, 109 N. Main St., Gilboa, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentence: 30 days jail, $100 fine, with 30 days jail and $100 suspended and restitution of $1,037.

Harold R. Lewis, 57, 1001 N. Defiance St., Apt. 2A, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to no operator's license. Sentence: 180 days jail, $400 fine, with 180 days jail suspended.
