Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dispositions/August 4

Tammy King, 44, 15189 Road 24, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to permitting drug use, a misdemeanor of the first degree. She faces a maximum sentence of six months in jail, and a $1,000 fine. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is completed.

Michael A. Rieman, 28, 13123 Road J, Ottawa, pleaded not guilty to theft of credit cards and misuse of credit cards. Bond was set at his own recognizance and pre-trial was set for 3 p.m. August 27.

Shawn P. Ward, 36, 500 S. Main St., Columbus Grove, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety and a pre-trial was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. August 27. He is to have no contact with the victim.

Valentin Lopez Jr., 48, 6135 State Route 65, Ottawa, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failing to pay child support. The sentence was suspended on condition he remain current in his payments and seek work. He was in arrears in his payments in the amount of $3,929.93 as of June 30.

The Union Bank Co., Columbus Grove, won a foreclosure judgment against Harold C. Kahle, Cloverdale, in the amount of $95,789.67, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/August 13

Melissa R. Reynolds, 37, 1400 S. Clay St., Delphos, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for uttering and ordered to pay restitution of $200. She was given credit for 65 days served.

Jennifer Bush, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Daniel Bush, Columbia, Mo. They were married on June 22, 2002, and have one child.

Stephen B. Williams, 22, 1310 S. Oak St., Ottawa, was sentenced to three years prison for violating the terms of supervision with credit given for 479 days previously served. His violations included operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on July 26, 2008, in Ottawa, and violating a 9 p.m. curfew on July 26, 2008, and associating with a person having a felony record. He was previously convicted of burglary.

GMAC Mortgage, LLC, Fort Washington, Pa., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Joseph W. Brown, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $142,019.38, with interest and costs.

Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., Plano, Texas, was granted a foreclosure judgment against Donald G. Miller, Ottawa, in the amount of $91,882.26, plus interest and costs.

Tammac Holdings Corp., Wilkes-Barre, Pa., was granted a foreclosure judgment against Shawn Sheaks, Continental, and Ashley Sheaks, Continental, in the amount of $96,723.45.

Dispositions/August 14

Adam Gonzalez, 46, 607 W. Rainbow Blvd., Big Bear City, Calif., pleaded not guilty to felony non-support. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety and a pre-trail was scheduled for 2 p.m. August 19.

Deutsche Bank National Trust, Co., San Diego, was granted a foreclosure against Richard A. Geiger, Pandora, in the amount of $106,316.50, plus interest and costs.

Marshall W. Holtkamp, 25, 4316 Road I, Bellefontaine, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer. He faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine with a license suspension of three years to life. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Stephanie Ward, 31, 14643 State Route 115, Columbus Grove, was placed on three years' community control and ordered to complete the WORTH Center program for committing theft over $500. She was also ordered to pay restitution of $15,799.92.

Jacqueline M. Schuerman, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Michael J. Schuerman, Ottawa. They were married in Fort Jennings on December 3, 1983 and have two children.

He also pleaded guilty to persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, $100 fine, with 30 days jail suspended.

Salvatore J. Ruvolo, II, 19, 116 N. High St., Apt. A, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to no operator's license. Sentence: Two points, 180 days jail, $250 fine, with 170 days jail suspended. He was also fined $40 each for seat belt and stop sign.

Joshua H. Tuttle, 21, 101 S. High St., Apt. A, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI suspension. Sentence: 30 days jail, $350 fine, with 20 days jail suspended.

Cruz Castillo, 22, 670 Woodland Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $1,000 fine, two-year license suspension, with 160 days jail and $200 suspended with completion of assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Jesus A. Martinez, 59, 2634 Road F, Deshler, pleaded guilty to no operator's license. Sentence: Two points, 60 days jail, $100 fine, with 60 days jail suspended. Charge of slow speed dismissed.

Brandon W. Endicott, 18, 412 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving without a valid license. Sentence: 30 days jail, $500 fine, with 30 days jail and $300 suspended. He was also fined $25 for muffler noise.

Bryan K. Kidd, 19, 2320 W. Dundee Drive, Findlay, pleaded no contest to passing bad checks and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $250 fine, with 10 days jail and $225 suspended with restitution of $122.33 to Kohls Market.

Michael J. Giblin, 66, 5109 Grand Palettoway, Northport, Flor., pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 30 days jail suspended. He was also fined $25 for marked lanes. Companion charge of OVI dismissed.

Todd F. Oler, 23, 710 S. Main St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator's license. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine, with 180 days jail suspended.

Dispositions/August 12

Michael S. Duling, 23, 15312 Road L, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to third-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 360 days jail, $1,500 fine, two-year license suspension, with $500 and 300 days jail suspended, and counseling at Pathways Counseling Center.

Jeffrey A. Geckle, 30, 11606 Road E, Leipsic, charged with having weapons under disability, a felony. Case bound over to common pleas court, with bond continued.
