Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dispositions/June 11

Robert E. Parker, Jr., 26, 801 State St., Melrose, was sentenced to complete the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. He was ordered to pay $1,500 in restitution to the MAN unit, complete the Family Responsibility Course, and was placed on three years' community control.

Dispositions/June 12

Melissa Wolery, 41, 1850 Harrison St., Findlay, was sentenced to 30 days jail for attempted forgery. She was placed on three years' community control, complete 50 hours' community service, and must pay $15,471.54 to RWS Trucking.

Matthew L. Monroe, 19, 7789 Deepcut Road, Mendon, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering. He faces up to 12 months in prison, and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Wells Fargo Bank, Irving, Calif., won a foreclosure judgment against Pamela S. Manning, Continental, and Collin S. Manning, Jr., in the amount of $94,982.43, plus interest and costs.

Debra K. Gunn, Pandora, was granted a divorce from Steven M. Gunn, Pandora. They were married on Feb.1, 1986, in Pandora, and have one minor child.

Dispositions/June 16

Valerie J. Keefer, Continental, was granted a divorce from John M. Keefer, III, Canton, Ga. They were married in 1997 and have one child.

Fifth Third Mortgage Co., Cincinnati, won a foreclosure judgment against Kelly R. Ream, Pandora, and Kara J. Ream, Pandora, in the amount of $100,884.02, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/June 9

James A. Fuerst, 23, 149 N. Vine St., Vaughnsville, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 90 days jail, $250 fine, with 90 days jail suspended and restitution of $552.84 to victim.

Joshua Longbrake, 33, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B2, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order. Sentence: 180 days jail, $250 fine, with 170 days jail suspended.

Andrea J. Greve, 21, 2954 E. 12th St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 24 days jail  and $400 suspended with completion of assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. She was also fined $100 for an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Charges of Second count OVI, open container and speeding were dismissed.

Mandy C. Halker, 29, 424 E. Sycamore St,. Lot 21, Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of physical control and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $100 fine, with 10 days jail suspended.

Christopher R. Beaty, 32, 4251 Bennington Creek Lane, Groveport, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of receiving stolen property. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine, with $150 and 178 days jail suspended, and restitution of $99.78 to Walmart.

Patrick D. Harris, 26, 13201 Memorial Highway, Apt. 104, Miami, Flor., pleaded no contest to misuse of credit cards and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail suspended.

Dispositions/June 17

Jason C. Schroeder, 24, 7101 Road F6, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, $350 fine, one-year license suspension, with 180 days jail suspended.

Alphonse Maag, 75, 9691 State Route 65, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 27 days jail and $375 suspended, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP program.

Judgments/June 17

Capital One Bank, Glen Allen, Va., default judgment v. Craig Closson, Ottawa, $857.25, plus interest of $317.76, plus interest and costs.
