Putnam County Common Pleas Court
The Putnam County Grand Jury issued the following indictments on Friday.
Samantha Van Dyke, 20, 6525 E. Lincoln Highway, Beaverdam, two counts trafficking in drugs.
David L. De Witt, 36, 427 W. Kibby St., Lima, two counts trafficking in drugs.
Brandy A. Steele, 24, 2109 Virginia Ave., Lima, two counts trafficking in drugs.
David W. Maxwell, III, 18, 711 Williams St., Van Wert, vandalism, grand theft, and breaking and entering.
Cody R. Rau, 18, 5106 State Route 634, Continental, vandalism, grand theft, and breaking and entering.
Forest L. Gordon, 44, 600 Spencer St., Van Wert, theft in office.
Ryan J. Wells, 19, 706 S. Walnut St., Van Wert, vandalism, grand theft, and breaking and entering.
Andrea L. Nienberg, 19, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa, aggravated vehicular assault.
Alberto Gutierrez, Jr., 34, 761 Union St., Lima, possession of drugs.
Dispositions/Aug. 13
Christina K. Joyner, Continental, and Jerry L. Joyner, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Defiance on Nov. 8, 1997, and have three children.
Holly K. Wilson, nka Carman, 12400 W. Axline St., Lot 31, Fostoria, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for being in arrears in her child support payments in the amount of $1,180.29, as of June 30, 2009. Seven days were suspended on condition she remain current in her payments, and seek work.
Joshua Longbrake, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. B2, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for failing to pay child support. The sentence was suspended provided he remain current in his payments, and seek work.

Michael J. Turner, 27, 25 Vine St., Apt. 8, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to second-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $1,000 fine, three-year license suspension, with $350 suspended, and counseling at Pathways Counseling Center. He also pleaded no contest to hit/skip injuries and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine, one-year license suspension with 180 days jail suspended.
William J. Hale, 29, 218 Mahoning St., Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to persistent disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail suspended

Alberto Gutierrez, Jr., 34, 761 Union St., Lima, charged with felony drug abuse/possession, was bound over to common pleas court.
