The Union Bank, Columbus Grove, won a foreclosure judgment against Brad D. White, Kalida, and Tannis L. White, Kalida, in the amount of $80,344.56, plus interest and costs.
Albert W. Mizen, 23, 108 Ash St., Benton Ridge, pleaded not guilty to three counts trafficking in drugs. Bond was set at $25,000 and a pre-trial was set for 2 p.m. Oct. 7.
Alberto Gutierrez, Jr., 34, 308 S. Johnson St., Ada, pleaded not guilty to possession of drugs. Bond was set at $5,000, and a pre-trial was set for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 7.

Helen M. Bendele, Lima, was granted a divorce from Marvin C. Bendele, Ottawa. They were married on Aug. 1, 1966, in Lakin, Kansas, and have two children.
Maurice L. Harsh, II, Continental, was granted a dissolution of marriage from Ashley N. Harsh, Napoleon. They were married in Napoleon on Feb. 14, 2006, and have one child.
Jill M. Kuhlman, Pandora, was granted a divorce from Darrell E. Kuhlman, Pandora. They were married in Ottawa on Oct. 10, 1992, and have three children.
Kevin L. Kuhlman, Ottawa, and Patricia J. Kuhlman, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married in Columbus Grove, on Dec. 3, 2004, and have no children.

Alyssa P. Romero, 19, 25 S. Commercial St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to no operator’s license. Sentence: 30 days jail, $750 fine, with 30 days jail and $500 suspended, and 40 hours’ community service.
Leonard J. Berry, 37, 724 S. Main St., Bryan, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate license. Sentence:10 days jail, $500 fine, with 10 days jail and $350 suspended.

William E. Martin III, 20, 155 Main St., Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to first offense-OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 27 days jail and $375 suspended.
Lawrence J. McMinn, 47, 227 W. Clime St., Lot 14, Delphos, pleaded guilty to drug possession and drug paraphernalia. Sentence: Three days jail, $200 fine, six-month license suspension, with three days jail and $100 suspended.

Travis W. Hubert, 30, 202 Holland Ave., #13, Delphos, pleaded no contest to telephone harassment and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with 30 days jail suspended. A charge of theft was dismissed.
Jason L. Smith, 30, 1365 S. Napoleon Road, Harrod, pleaded no contest to domestic violence and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $250 fine, with 176 days jail suspended, and assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.
Joshua D. Lawhorn, 32, 219 Mahoning St., Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, $250 fine, with 10 days jail, and $100 suspended. He was also fined $50 for speeding. Charge of driving under suspension dismissed.

Eugene S. Ballinger, 25, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A2, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 10 days jail, $150 fine, with 10 days jail and $50 suspended. He was also fined $40 for speeding.
Tim Cooper, 26, 791 Elizabeth St., Lima, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate license. Sentence: 10 days jail, $150 fine, with 10 days jail suspended.
