Karen M. Schnipke, Bluffton, and Donald J. Schnipke, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married on Aug. 31, 1985, and have no minor children.
Dispositions/Sept. 22
Sandra L. Lopez-Scott, 32, 700 Kiser Road, Defiance, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included taking a 32-inch television from a Sears store in Defiance without paying for it and possessing drug paraphernalia on July 22, and failing to report her law enforcement contact to her supervising officer on July 23. She was given credit for 31 days served and ordered to pay restitution of $400 to the MAN unit. She had been convicted of trafficking in cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school.

Kenneth A. Richardson, 47, 1330 St. Johns St., Lima, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for failure to appear. He was given credit for 90 days served. He was also sentenced to 12 months in prison for receiving stolen property and was credited for 90 days served. The sentences are to be served concurrently.
