Putnam County Common Pleas Court

The following are indictments issued during the session of the Putnam County Grand Jury on Friday.

Joseph A. Klett, 32, 25 Vine St., Apt, 16, Leipsic; domestic violence.

Derrick J. Carter, 26, 119 Pine St., Findlay; passing bad checks.

Linda D. Ruff, 53, 135 N. High St., Apt. A, Columbus Grove;  three counts deception to obtain dangerous drugs.

Kerriann A. Culp, 42, 207½ E. Third St., Ottawa; three counts deception to obtain dangerous drugs.

Michael J. Schuerman, 48, 21490 Road T, Fort Jennings; theft.

Dispositions/June 17

Shawn T. Weis, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Dawn E. Weis, Pandora. They were married in Pandora, on Aug. 20, 1983, and have two children.

Dispositions/June 18

Dustin J. Greer, Continental, and Kristen M. Greer, McComb, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married on May 29, 1999, in Findlay, and have two children.

Luke D. Mansfield, 25, 8710 Road I-7,Ottawa, pleaded guilty to two counts attempted identity theft. He faces a maximum sentence of up to 12 months in prison and $2,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation was prepared.

Ernesto Loredo, 53, 9001 Wurzbach, San Antonio, Texas, pleaded guilty to failure to appear. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines.

Dispositions/June 22

Megan E. Anctil, 29, 424 E. Sycamore St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to nine months in prison for attempted burglary.

Dispositions/June 23

Randy A. Eicher, 44, 5520 Port St., Columbus Grove, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for driving under the influence, sixth violation in 20 years. He was given credit for 54 days served. He was fined $1,550 and had his license suspended for 10 years.

Ruben Noriega, Jr., 28, 11051 Road 16, Ottawa, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for violating the terms of supervision. On May 31, 2009, he took an American flag, two flower pots and a rechargeable flashlight without permission, and consumed alcohol. He was placed on three years' post release and ordered to pay $1,535 in restitution. Noriega had been convicted of breaking and entering.

Jesse I Hurley, 24, 1018 Richie St., Lima, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for attempted domestic violence with prior offense. He was given credit for 113 days served.

Charles Ridinger, 28, 340 E. Hardin St., Apt. 209, Findlay, was granted judicial release and placed on three years community control. He must pay child support, complete a Family Responsibility Course and obtain employment. He had been convicted of felony non-support.

Dispositions/June 18

Brooke M. Kaufman, 19, 151 E. Canal St., Ottoville, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of OVUAC. Sentence: Three days jail, $250 fine, license suspended for six months, with three days jail suspended, and education at Pathways Counseling Center. Charges of left of center, and obstructing official business were dismissed.

Bliss M. Paquette, 22, 320 N. Jefferson St., Apt. 3, Delphos, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 90 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 90 days jail and $250 suspended.

 Cory Greve, 18, 10586 State Route 15, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to OVUAC. Sentence: Three days jail, $250 fine, license suspended for six months, with three days jail suspended, and education at Pathways Counseling Center. Charge of taillight required dismissed.

Michael J. Cann, 21, 325 S. Poplar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: 90 days jail, $500 fine, with 88 days jail and $400 suspended.

Capital One Bank, Richmond, Va., default judgment v. Robert S. Guerra, Leipsic, $853, plus interest and costs.

General Audit Corp., Lima, default judgment v. Melissa Vasquez, Ottawa, $312.86, plus interest and cost of suit taxed at $95.

General Audit Corp., Lima, default judgment v. Matthew J. Bendele, Ottawa, $370.82, plus interest and cost of suit taxed at $95.

Capital One Bank, Richmond, Va., default judgment v. Sheri E. Schroeder, Pandora, $664.43, plus interest and costs.

St. Charles Mercy Hospital, Toledo, default judgment v. Kenneth J. Bodi, Ottawa, $780.95, plus interest and costs.

Capital One Bank, Richmond, Va., default judgment v. John C. Richardson, Continental, $1,037.50, plus interest of $204.54, plus interest and costs.

Discover Bank, New Albany, default judgment v. Curtis L. Bell, Columbus Grove, $2,769.80, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/June 22

Polly L. Bice, 34, 20734 Road R20, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $1,000 fine, two-year license suspension, with 160 days and $475 suspended, with completion of assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. She also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator's license. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 180 days jail suspended. Charge of failure to control dismissed.

John L. Patterson, 23, 20721 County Road 15, Bluffton, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, $250 fine, with six-month license suspension.

Nicholas E. Metcalf, Jr., 26, ½ Woodland Ave., Van Wert, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 150 days jail suspended, and restitution of $53 to Tabler's Drive Through. Sentence to be served concurrent with Van Wert County case.

Capital One Bank, Glen Allen, Va., default judgment v. Valmai Roose, Columbus Grove, $1,518.04, plus interest of $1,640.37, plus interest and costs.

Discover Bank, New Albany, default judgment v. Brenda E. Maag, Leipsic, $6,917.82, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/June 23

Milagro Paniagua, 21, 104 E. Center St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator's license. Sentence: 90 days jail, $200 fine, with 90 days jail and $200 suspended.
