Kenneth Horg, 59, 406 Seventh St., Continental, pleaded guilty to two counts rape. He faces up to 20 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is completed. He was originally indicted on four counts rape.
Dispositions/Aug. 18
Dan Radebaugh, 53, 16655 Road 5, Pandora, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence and grand theft. He faces up to 6½ years in prison and $15,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is prepared. He was originally indicted on engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, tampering with evidence, six counts grand theft, attempted grand theft and possession of criminal tools.
Cach, LLC, Denver, Colo., won a judgment against Eric E. Marks, 317 E. Pendleton St., Columbus Grove, in the amount of $9,063.62, plus interest of $3,150.02, plus interest and costs.

He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 170 days jail suspended., with jail sentences to be served consecutively. A charge of felony assault was dismissed.
