Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Dispositions/August 18

Larry Moreno, 29, 398 Joanna Drive, Wauseon, pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs. He faces a maximum sentence of eight years in prison, $15,000 fine, ($7,500 mandatory) and six-months to five years' license suspension. His bond was revoked while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Dispositions/August 19

The First State Bank, Barboursville, W.V., won foreclosure against Joseph J. Hiegel, Leipsic, in the amount of $62,408.78, plus interest and costs.

Charlene Nunez, address NA, and Emiliano Nunez, Cloverdale, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were marriage in Cloverdale, on September 19, 1992, and have no children.

Christopher A. Rosenbauer, 34, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, in a bill of information. He faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. His bond was continued, while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Charles Reed, 47, 171 N. Drive, Ottawa, was sentenced to five days in jail for violating the terms of supervision. He was placed on three years' community control and ordered to pay $7,232 in restitution. His violation involved consuming alcohol on July 14, in Putnam County, testing 0.085.

Adam Gonzalez, 46, 607 W. Rainbow Blvd., Big Bear, Calif., pleaded guilty to felony non-support. He faces a maximum sentence of 12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine. He was placed on an OR bond, while a pre-sentence investigation is completed.

The Union Bank Co., Columbus Grove, won a foreclosure against Harold C. Kahle, Cloverdale, in the amount of $12,748.53, plus interest and costs.

Dispositions/August 20

Ronald W. Hermiller, Leipsic, was appointed to serve on the Veterans Service Commission of Putnam County, to a term beginning Aug. 20, 2008, through Dec. 31, 2012.

Erica M. Hines, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Chattos M. Hines, Sr., Lima. They were married on June 10, 2003, and have two children.

Levi M. Kiene, 18, 11664 Road Z, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and committing vandalism over $500 in a bill of information. He faces a maximum sentence of 30 months in prison and $7,500 in fines for the two charges. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

Candace Ditto, 25, 531 Orena Drive, Lima, was sentenced to 15 days in jail for felony non-support. She was placed on three years' community control, and given credit for two days served. She must undergo drug and alcohol monitoring and complete a Family Responsibility Course.

Dispositions/August 21

Julian Ybarra, 25, 1521 N. County Line St., Lot 99, Fostoria, was sentenced to three days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included being convicted of intoxication in Lima Municipal Court on July 28, failing to report police contact to his supervising officer on July 21, failing to report his conviction on July 29, and failing to pay court costs since Feb. 11. He was placed on three years' community control, ordered to pay child support as previously ordered, and obtain a GED. He was previously convicted of felony non-support.

Sasha C. Moore, 20, 337 ½ E. Sandusky St., Findlay, was ordered to complete the WORTH Center program for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include using marijuana and alcohol on July 9, around Spencerville. Moore was previously granted treatment in lieu of conviction for possession of drugs. Moore was placed on three years' community control, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol assessment, and a  mental health review. Moore's license was also suspended for six months.

Nicholas A. Hazelton, 22, 1350 N. Locust St., Apt. 1, Ottawa, was sentenced to five days jail for violating the terms of supervision by failing to complete the Pathways Substance Abuse Program. He was placed on three years' community control, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol monitoring, maintain employment, and pay restitution of $200. He was originally convicted on attempted burglary.
