Dispositions/Aug. 21
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., Pittsburgh, Pa., won a foreclosure aainst Christopher W. Buchanan, Ottawa, and Carla J. Buchanan, Ottawa, in the amount of $99,531.16, plus interest and costs.
Chase Home Finance, LLC, Columbus, won a foreclosure against Ovidio Sauceda, Jr., Continental, and Margaret A. Sauceda, Kenton, in the amount of $78,123.87, plus interest and costs.
Derrick J. Carter, 26, 119 Pine St., Findlay, pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks. He was placed on an OR bond and a pretrial was set for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 22.
Samantha Van Dyke, 20, 6525 E. Lincoln Highway, Beaverdam, pleaded not guilty to two counts trafficking in drugs. She was placed on a $5,000 bond and a pre-trial was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 1.
Andrea L. Nienberg, 19, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa, pleaded not guilty aggravated vehicular assault. Bond was continued and a pre-trial was set for 2 p.m. Sept. 1.
David W. Maxwell, III, 18, 711 Williams St., Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to vandalism, grand theft, and breaking and entering. Bond was set at $50,000, and a pre-trial was set for 1 p.m. Sept. 1.
Ryan J. Wells, 19, 706 S. Walnut St., Van Wert, pleaded not guilty to vandalism, grand theft, and breaking and entering. Bond was set at $50,000, and a pre-trial was set for 2 p.m. Sept. 22.
Michael J. Schuerman, 48, 129 Chase Ave., Apt. 21, Russells Point, pleaded not guilty to grand theft. He was placed on an OR bond, and a pre-trial was set for 10 a.m. Sept. 11.
Bond was set at $250,000 for Felipe Gutierrez Jr., 36, 1911 Lissner St., Donna, Texas. He will be arraigned Aug. 28 on 12 counts complicity.

In the suit Virginia Price, and Jeremy Price, verses the Putnam County Board of Elections, the judge granted the plantiff’s request for an extension to respond. The plaintiff has until Sept. 9 to respond to the defendent’s motion to dismiss counts one and two.
Erby A. Torres, 39, 418 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, charged with five counts rape, was granted a pretrial for 11 a.m. Sept. 23, and a jury trial for Oct. 19 at 9 a.m.

Forest L. Gordon, 44, charged with, theft in office, was granted permission to relocate to 600 Spencer St., Van Wert.
Heather Hitchcock, 22, 18193 State Route 15, Continental, was granted judicial release. She must complete the WORTH Center program and was placed on three years’ community control. She was originally convicted of child endangering.
BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plano, Texas, won a foreclosure against Michael A. Speiser, Continental, in the amount of $166,000 plus interest and costs.
Jaime E. Burns, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Scott M. Burns, Winston Salem, N.C. They were married in Trenton, Mo., on April 20, 2002, and have on children.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Fort Mill, S.C., won a foreclosure against Lisa M. Estrada, aka Lisa M. Ramirez, Leipsic, and Jesus A. Ramirez, Leipsic, in the amount of $47,996.42, with interest and costs.
Beneficial Ohio, Inc., Brandon, Flor., won a foreclosure against Albert H. Hovest, Columbus Grove, and Cathy Hovest, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $97,767.43, plus interest and costs.
Dispositions/Aug. 27
Susan K. Burnett, 39, 419 N. Cherry St., Van Wert, was sentenced to 10 days jail for two counts trafficking in drugs. She was placed on three years’ community control and given credit for one day served. She must pay restitution of $150 and her operator’s license was suspended for six months.
Linda D. Ruff, 53, 135 N. High St., Apt. A, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to three counts deception of obtain drug. She faces up to 36 months in prison and $7,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is completed.
A jury found Frank L. Hoyt, 34, 10471 Road 1-9, Ottawa, not guilty of disruption of public and not guilty of domestic violence.
Grove Engineered Products, Inc., Columbus Grove, was granted judgment against Apache Manufacturing, Inc., Omaha, Neb., in the amount of $28,518.84, plus interest and costs.
Patricia A. Farmer, Pandora, was granted a divorce from Duane K. Farmer, Seymour, Ind. They were married on July 31, 1981 in Michigan, and have three children.
Joseph A. Klett was sentenced to 18 months in prison for domestic violence. He was given credit for 107 days served.

Misty D. Smith, 31, 307 S. Main St., Continental, pleaded no contest to child endangering and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $250 fine, with 180 days jail suspended.
Benjamin G. Huff, 42, 408 Logan St., Dupont, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 90 days jail and $325 suspended. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, with 180 days jail suspended. Charges of right of way, no insurance, consumption in a motor vehicle, and unauthorized use of vehicle were dismissed.
Amy M. Schnipke, 22, 147 S. Main St., Glandorf, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 30 days jail, $750 fine, one-year license suspension, with 27 days jail and $375 suspended, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP program.

Julie Altenburger, 23, 209 E. Third St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to failure to reinstate license. Sentence: 30 days jail, $500 fine, with 30 days jail and $350 suspended.
