PREP ROUNDUP: Warnecke's double-double keys Fort Jennings

FORT JENNINGS - Troy Warnecke netted a double-double and Fort Jennings edged visiting Perry 58-56 in a nonleague boys basketball game Saturday. Fort Jennings is 7-9 while Perry falls to 8-7.
Warnecke finished with a game-high 21 points and 10 rebounds for Fort Jennings, Jared Horstman had 19 points and Trevor Von Sossan scored 8.
Davion Williams netted 19 for Perry, Devonaire Johnson scored 16 and Brandon Reipenhoff added 13.
Grove City 79 Lima Senior 61
GROVE CITY - Lima Senior fell behind 19-6 in the first quarter and never caught up in the nonleague loss at Grove City. Lima Senior standout Anton Hutchins was whistled for four fouls in the first quarter, sat out most of the second and third quarters and fouled out in the fourth.
Marlon Hutchins finished with 17 points for the Spartans (13-2) while Jermonte Healey hit four 3-pointers for 16 points. Danyel Walton finished with 8 points.
Delphos St. John's 53 Lincolnview 47
LINCOLNVIEW - Nate Webb scored 21 points and pulled down 7 rebounds for the Blue Jays in their victory at Lincolnview.
Cameron Hermiller scored 15 for St. John's and Tyler Hayson had 8. Jordan Simpson had 25 for Lincolnview and Ryan Frey scored 11.
Continental 45 Columbus Grove 40
CONTINENTAL - John Spitnale notched 17 points and Continental defeated visiting Grove. Chase Ordway scored 11 for Continental. Eli Ricker had 11 for the Bulldogs and Dylan Vogt scored 10.
Ottawa-Glandorf 62 Napoleon 57
OTTAWA - Josh Johnson tallied 12 points and the Titans beat visiting Napoleon.
Brent Kuhlman and Alex Schomaeker each scored 11 for OG, which had 10 players score.
Bluffton 78, USV 28
McGUFFEY - Cory Hilty led all scorers with 16 points and the Pirates won at Upper Scioto Valley. Levi Gleason and Tyler Neal scored 14 apiece for Bluffton and Tommy Prater scored 9 for the Rams.
New Knoxville 72 Temple Christian 39
LIMA - Austin Arnett led all scorers with 21 points and New Knoxville ran its record to 16-0 with the win at Temple Christian.
Brad Piehl finished with 19 and Ryan VanderHorst had 9 for the Rangers. Tyler Sutton scored 19 for Temple Christian (7-9) and Brandon High had 8.
Waynesfield 56, Fairlawn 49
SIDNEY - Taylor Miller scored 22 points and Waynesfield moved to 3-11 with the road victory. Jerry Weeks scored 8 for the Tigers.
Liberty-Benton 77 Wapakoneta 43
WAPAKONETA - Aaron Craft scored a game-high 20 points as Liberty-Benton improved to 13-1. Zane Oen scored 9 for the Redskins (0-16) while Mike Bogan and Shane Helmstetter each had 8.
Paulding 59, Van Wert 55
PAULDING - Brady Schroeder and Bryant Troyer each scored 16 for host Paulding. Jacob Bagley scored 22 for the Cougars while both Austin Fleming and Jake Olson had 10.
Girls Basketball Perry 39, Ada 38
LIMA - Shanique Southward poured in the points and Perry held on to beat visiting Ada in nonleague action.
Southward finished with 23 points for Perry (6-5) and Megan Patton scored 8. Morgan Dumbaugh had 21 for Ada (7-8) and Tabby Jolliff scored 9.
Delphos Jefferson 70 Cory-Rawson 20
RAWSON - Jefferson stormed out to a 26-2 lead after one quarter and never looked back in nonleague play. Kristin Klausing hit for 20 points for the Wildcats (15-1) and Ashley Watkins scored 19.
Shawnee 89, Greenville 54
LIMA - Sam Robison netted 19 points to help Shawnee win the nonleague game at home.
Megan Ream finished with 18 for the Indians (9-7) and Hailey Griffo scored 16. Sam Dervisevic added 9 points.
Kalida 39, Pandora-Gilboa 37
PANDORA - Kalida raised its PCL record to 5-0 with the narrow victory at P-G. Stacie Heitmeyer's 13 paved the way for Kalida (12-5, 5-0) and Gina Verhoff scored 8. Taylor Hermiller scored 17 for the Rockets (11-5, 3-3) and Stephanie Recker added 8.
Ottoville 43, Leipsic 22
OTTOVILLE - Chelsea Ditto netted 13 points for Ottoville in the victory over visiting Leipsic.
Kari Beining and Lauren Kramer each scored 8 for the Big Green. Jessica Schroeder and Chelsea Gerten had 6 apiece for the Vikings.
Continental 61, Paulding 47
PAULDING - Brooke Tegenkamp sunk an eye-popping eight 3-pointers en route to scoring 26 points to lead Continental to the victory at Paulding.
Jessica Brown had 12 for the Pirates (13-4) while Shelby Erford had 23 for Paulding (6-11).
Wayne Trace 56 Miller City 49
HAVILAND - Miller City led 23-19 after one quarter but Wayne Trace outscored the visiting Wildcats 21-5 in the second quarter en route to the win.
Carrie Griggs had 11 rebounds, 6 assists and 10 points for Miller City (4-13) while Lindsay Pester scored 11.
New Knoxville 48, Lehman 36
NEW KNOXVILLE - Morgan Reineke scored 20 to pace the Rangers to the victory over visiting Lehman. Casey Horstman had 10 points and Taylor Elshoff had 6 points and 7 boards.
